St. Mary's is home to a trained team of Stephen Ministers who offer one-to-one, lay-based care to individuals in crisis or difficulty. Stephen Ministers complete more than 50 hours of training in listening skills, crisis care, grief support, and confidentiality.
It can be hard to ask for help. You need not walk through hard seasons alone.
