Abundant Grace, Abundant Giving!

The apostle Paul inspired communities to become their true and best selves through Jesus Christ. A vital part of this fullness was taking care of the church in Jerusalem through financial gifts. In the passage above, Paul is completing his invitation to the Corinthians, inviting them to give abundantly so that their lives may be abundant as well.

St. Mary’s is blessed to be a place of abundance. We are not simply surviving, we are thriving! The abundance of ministry, community, and hope is palpable in our midst.

Through the incredible generosity of St. Mary’s parishioners last year, we were able to secure the broad range of dynamic ministries that are a core part of who we are. We were also able to increase resources for vital parish formation opportunities like the parish retreat and support for our incredible migration ministry partnership with Temple Sherith Israel. Lastly, we were able to embark upon a journey of social media “evangelism” to share the beautiful life of St. Mary’s with the broader Bay Area. This next year, we hope to continue to deepen opportunities of fellowship and formation as well as seek to engage more vibrantly with the community around us.

What truly makes St. Mary’s abundant are the many parishioners who give generously to make all this grace possible, especially those people who make a commitment to St. Mary’s through an annual financial pledge. This is a giving estimate of the level of financial support you intend to give for the upcoming year.
